The Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the economy of
Elmore County. ECEDA is funded through investments made by more than 50 investors. An investment to ECEDA is an investment in the five-year
strategic plan that is known in Elmore County as the "Door to Tomorrow" plan. The five-year plan is listed under the "mission" section of this
website.
