TALLASSEE, AL (WSFA) - Hanil USA, a parts supplier for Hyundai and Kia, broke ground in Tallassee Monday morning on a new expansion to their existing facility.
Hanil, located on Highway 229 in Tallassee, manufactures brake and fuel lines used in Hyundai and Kia vehicles. The company just announced its third expansion to its facility - this expansion will add two additional production lines and about 60 more jobs.
Hanil moved to their Tallassee location about six years ago. Since then they've expanded two other times and brought more than 300 jobs to the area. The new expansion is set to have its grand opening in October.
