Elmore County Economic Development Authority to Host Airport Marine High School Trail

ELMORE COUNTY – The Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA) is hosting the Airport Marine High School Trail this weekend Saturday, December 10^th on Lake Jordan. There will be anglers from all over the State and approximately 150 boats are expected to participate.

Elmore County Commission Chairman Bart Mercer says, “We are excited that Elmore County is partnering with Airport Marine again this year and that these young anglers will compete on Lake Jordan, one of the best fishing lakes in the country. We look forward to hosting this event and know they will enjoy their time here.”

Art Faulkner, Chairman of ECEDA, said “This is a great event, not only for the people that are participating but also for our community. We are always enthusiastic to share our beautiful lake with these very talented anglers. We welcome them and their families to our community.”

Boats will launch from Bonners Point and the State Ramp on Saturday morning at first safe light. The weigh-in and awards ceremony will be on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Bonners.
