ELMORE COUNTY – The Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA) is excited to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Jack’s restaurant opening in Eclectic, Alabama. The event is scheduled for March 4, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. CT at the restaurant’s location at 1930 Kowaliga Road (Hwy 63) Eclectic, AL 36024.

Jack’s, a beloved Southern fast-food chain known for its delicious burgers, chicken, and southern-style breakfast, is making its debut in Eclectic, much to the delight of residents and visitors alike. The opening of Jack’s represents a significant milestone in the economic development of our community, bringing with it new job opportunities and population growth in the area.

The grand opening ceremony will feature a traditional ribbon cutting, welcoming Jack’s into the heart of Eclectic. Attendees can expect to enjoy complimentary food samples, special promotions, and giveaways throughout the day.
